Early access
SUMMIT is an early-access platform. It does not currently execute investments, arrange transactions, accept money, hold client assets or provide investment, legal or tax advice. By using SUMMIT you agree to these terms.
Interest is non-binding
Registering interest, joining the investor network, creating a business profile or registering secondary seller interest is non-binding. It is not an offer, solicitation, commitment or guarantee of access to any future opportunity, and it does not create any obligation for you, a business or SUMMIT.
Demo content
Opportunities marked DEMO are illustrative examples created to show how the platform works. They are not live offers, and their names, figures, updates and valuations are not real.
No regulated services yet
SUMMIT does not claim to hold any regulatory licence or authorisation. Any future regulated services would only be offered subject to the applicable permissions, or through appropriately authorised partners, and on separate terms.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- Only submit information you are entitled to share, including about businesses and shareholdings.
- Keep confidential any non-public company information you can see as a registered or verified member, and use it only to evaluate the platform and its opportunities.
- Don’t misuse the platform, including by submitting spam, scraping, or trying to access information you’re not entitled to.
Information on the platform
Business information is provided by the businesses themselves and reviewed by SUMMIT. We don’t guarantee that it’s complete, accurate or current. Do your own research and take independent advice before making any financial decision.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SUMMIT is not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These are early-access terms and will be updated as the platform develops. We may suspend accounts that breach them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
